GoldieBlox Calls Off Dogs In Fight To Use Beastie Boys Song

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 3:25 PM EST) -- Toy company GoldieBlox Inc. has pulled a parody version of the Beastie Boys song “Girls” from its popular viral promotional video and is willing to drop its suit seeking a judgment that the parody makes fair use of the track, the company revealed Wednesday.
