Ex-Paron Exec To Fight $1.5M CFTC Fine In 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 4:19 PM EST) -- Former Paron Capital Management LLC principal James D. Crombie is taking his fraud case to the Ninth Circuit after a California federal judge ordered him to pay more than $1.5 million for allegedly covering up the firm's use of sham promotional materials to entice clients.
