Vulcan Says Texas Brine Counsel Conflicted In Sinkhole Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (December 2, 2013, 6:25 PM EST) -- Vulcan Materials Co., a third-party defendant in a consolidated class action accusing Texas Brine Co. LLC of causing a potentially dangerous sinkhole, asked a Louisiana federal judge on Wednesday to disqualify Texas Brine’s counsel, saying Kean Miller LLP has served as counsel to Vulcan for decades.
