Marine Hose Antitrust MDL Moves Toward Trial

Law360, New York (March 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The judge in multidistrict litigation that alleges marine hose makers ran a worldwide cartel took several steps this week to move the case toward trial, including the designation of three firms as lead counsel for the proposed class of direct purchasers.

Judge Donald L. Graham of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida issued an order Wednesday naming Preti, Flaherty, Beliveau & Pachios LLP; Garwin, Gerstein & Fisher LLP; and Labaton Sucharow LLP as interim co-lead counsel.
