AB InBev Concealed Plans For Price Hikes, Beer Drinkers Say

Law360, Los Angeles (December 2, 2013, 3:55 PM EST) -- A group of beer drinkers asked a California federal court to revive their antitrust suit against Anheuser-Busch InBev’s $20.1 billion acquisition of Group Modelo, arguing Sunday that AB InBev misled the court about future price increases and that plaintiffs are entitled to new discovery.
