Huawei Patent Suit Belongs In Texas, Fed. Circ. Says

Law360, New York (December 3, 2013, 7:55 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit ruled Tuesday that Chinese cellphone maker Huawei Device USA Inc. would have to face the entirety of an Acacia Research Corp. patent dispute in Texas, shooting down the company's bid to deal with some of the claims in California.
