Ex-Tyco CEO Kozlowski To Be Freed On Parole In Jan.

Law360, Los Angeles (December 3, 2013, 9:11 PM EST) -- Former Tyco International Ltd. CEO Dennis L. Kozlowski will be released on parole next month, after losing an earlier bid to get out of prison before the end of his 25-year sentence, according to his attorney.

The board denied an earlier bid for parole by Kozlowski, who was convicted of stealing from Tyco to finance a lavish lifestyle and assemble a collection of tony houses throughout the U.S., saying early release would not be appropriate given the enormity of his corporate pillaging.
