Pa. Justices Snub Bid For New Trial In Ford Asbestos Case

Law360, Philadelphia (December 5, 2013, 2:24 PM EST) -- Ford Motor Co. and two other companies notched a win on Tuesday as the Pennsylvania Supreme Court said it would not hear an appeal of an April ruling that found plaintiffs in a hotly contested asbestos-related product liability suit had been improperly granted a mistrial.
