ITC Launches Review Of Duties On Chinese Magnets, Tires

Law360, New York (December 6, 2013, 12:44 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday announced that it has commenced a pair of reviews aimed at determining whether the removal of remedial duties on Chinese tires and magnets would harm domestic producers of similar products.

Both reviews will be conducted on an expedited basis, as the ITC received acceptable responses to its review notice only from domestic producers and deemed submissions from the foreign producers to be inadequate, according to two notices published in the Federal Register.
