NJ High Court OKs Atty Suspension In Forged Document Case

Law360, New York (December 6, 2013, 8:48 PM EST) -- The Supreme Court of New Jersey’s disciplinary body on Tuesday upheld the six-month suspension of an attorney accused of making false statements and falsifying legal documents in a contract suit filed against him by an architect the attorney allegedly owed for services.
