Pa. Delegation Says Commuter Tax Break Must Be Extended

Law360, New York (December 6, 2013, 6:23 PM EST) -- Members of southeastern Pennsylvania’s Congressional delegation on Friday called on House leadership to extend commuter tax benefits that are expected to expire by the end of the year, a move that would save more than 2.7 million commuters from a 50 percent tax hike.
