Justices Let GOP Sens. Participate In Noel Canning Hearing

Law360, New York (December 9, 2013, 2:39 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court agreed on Monday to let an attorney representing all 45 Senate Republicans participate in oral arguments in the National Labor Relations Board's appeal of the D.C. Circuit's invalidation of the president's recess appointments to the board.
