CIT Says It Can Hear Suntec Suit Over Nail Duty Review

Law360, New York (December 9, 2013, 4:22 PM EST) -- A U.S. Court of International Trade judge on Friday determined that it had the authority to hear a suit from Chinese steel nail manufacturer Suntec Industries Co. Ltd. alleging that the U.S. Department of Commerce illegally initiated a review of duties on Suntec's nails when the company had not received formal notice.
