Atty Hits NJ Defense Firm With Pregnancy Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (December 9, 2013, 3:44 PM EST) -- An attorney has sued Livingston, N.J.-based Braff Harris and Sukoneck for alleged pregnancy discrimination, claiming the civil defense firm praised her work but then unceremoniously dumped her after she announced she was having a child.

Kristina C. Ivtindzioski contended in a Nov. 27 suit in Essex County Superior Court that the firm initially blamed her termination on restructuring and later accused her of producing poor work, but neither was the true reason she was let go.
