Appeals Court Upholds Ruling Against United Rentals

Law360, New York (March 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court has upheld a ruling against United Rentals Highway Technologies. The traffic control firm claimed that construction contractors in Indiana and union subcontractors had conspired to keep the firm from getting work on the state's highways.

U.S. Circuit Judge Richard A.
