DRAM Price-Fixing Case Ends In Mistrial

Law360, New York (March 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The criminal case against Hynix Semiconductor Inc. sales executive Gary Swanson over his alleged involvement in a dynamic random access memory price-fixing conspiracy ended in a mistrial after a jury could not agree to acquit the defendant.

Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California declared a mistrial Thursday with the jury deadlocked at 10-2 after seven days of deliberations following an 11-day trial.
