SAC's Cohen Says Divorce Accord Bars Ex's Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (December 10, 2013, 8:33 PM EST) -- Lawyers for SAC Capital Advisors LP founder Steven A. Cohen on Tuesday asked a judge to toss his ex-wife's suit claiming he hid assets in their divorce, saying the marriage was dissolved fairly.

Patricia Cohen signed off on an agreement that stops her from bringing fraud claims now, Cohen lawyer Martin Klotz of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP said at a hearing in Manhattan federal court.
