Law360, New York (December 10, 2013, 7:25 PM EST) -- The U.S. Navy is reviewing all of its contracts for supplying its ships at international ports and how it chooses such "husbanding" contractors after being rocked by a scandal with a contractor that allegedly bribed naval officials, the Secretary of the Navy has announced.
