Bed Bath & Beyond Accused Of Flouting Coffee Maker Mark

Law360, New York (December 11, 2013, 3:05 PM EST) -- Kitchenware distributor Bodum USA Inc. hit Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. with a trademark infringement suit in Illinois federal court on Tuesday, claiming that the retail giant is selling French press coffee makers under Bodum's Chambord trademark without permission.
