Law360, Wilmington (December 12, 2013, 8:24 PM EST) -- A Delaware Chancery judge on Thursday dismissed a contract suit brought by three members of Cheap Trick against its long-time drummer, finding no reason to take up their single-issue complaint when an Illinois federal court is already handling a larger dust-up between the bandmates.
