10th Circ. Urged To Review Hijab Discrimination Ruling

Law360, New York (December 12, 2013, 2:09 PM EST) -- Several religious groups on Wednesday urged the Tenth Circuit to grant the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's request that the full court review a ruling that Abercrombie & Fitch Stores Inc.'s refusal to hire a Muslim woman because of her headscarf didn't amount to religious discrimination.
