Goldman Sachs May Face Claims Of Probe Interference

Law360, New York (December 12, 2013, 6:28 PM EST) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. could face claims that it conspired with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to obstruct a bank probe by having an examiner fired, a lawyer for the examiner said Thursday.

Carmen M. Segarra may bring claims of conspiracy directly against Goldman Sachs, her lawyer, Linda J. Stengle, told Law360 on Thursday.
