NLRB Judge Shoots Down Employer's No-Gossip Policy

Law360, New York (December 13, 2013, 3:21 PM EST) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge ruled Friday that a for-profit technical school's policy prohibiting its employees from gossiping ran afoul of federal labor law and that the firing of an admissions employee for violating the rule was therefore also unlawful.
