Fed. Circ. Nixes Cisco, Return Path E-Discovery Costs Award

Law360, Washington (December 13, 2013, 8:52 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday vacated a ruling awarding Return Path Inc. and a Cisco Systems Inc. unit about $282,000 in e-discovery fees arising from a patent dispute with CBT Flint Partners LLC, ruling the relevant cost award statute didn’t cover all the requested fees.
