NLRB's New General Counsel Looks To Revisit Email Ruling

Law360, New York (December 13, 2013, 7:42 PM EST) -- National Labor Relations Board general counsel Richard Griffin told Law360 on Friday that he will likely continue his predecessor Lafe Solomon's push to overturn a Bush-era labor board decision that said workers have no statutory right to use employer email systems for nonbusiness purposes.
