Business Groups Trash EPA Carbon Plan In High Court Brief

Law360, New York (December 16, 2013, 5:17 PM EST) -- Several dozen state and local chambers of commerce and business organizations urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday to nix federal carbon emissions rules for power plants and other stationary sources, arguing that the government is illegally modifying the Clean Air Act to suit its policy goals.
