Monster Can't Shake SF Atty's Child Marketing Crusade

Law360, New York (December 16, 2013, 8:20 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit by Monster Beverage Corp. that sought to stop the city of San Francisco's top attorney from forcing it to change its energy drink marketing, finding that the federal court should abstain due to proceedings in state court.
