Thoma Bravo Sells Digital Security Co. To ID Card Supplier

Law360, New York (December 17, 2013, 2:00 PM EST) -- Identification card company Datacard Group will pick up Texas-based digital identity and security company Entrust Inc. from private equity firm Thoma Bravo LLC, allowing the companies to provide an integrated platform for secure digital communications and transactions, they said Tuesday. 

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, however, Reuters valued the deal at roughly $500 million.
