Wal-Mart Tells 6th Circ. To Nix Regional Class Bias Appeal

Law360, New York (December 17, 2013, 5:54 PM EST) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. argued Monday that the two Supreme Court opinions cited by women seeking to revive regional class gender bias claims don't provide the clear authority the Sixth Circuit needed to overrule an earlier appellate decision that had doomed those claims at the lower court.
