German Court Nixes €176M Cement Cartel Suit

Law360, New York (December 17, 2013, 6:06 PM EST) -- A German court on Tuesday dismissed a suit brought by an organization that amassed €176 million ($242 million) in damages claims from 36 companies against six cement makers accused of conspiring to fix prices, rejecting the group's system for amalgamating cartel claims.
