Clear-Cut Petronas Ruling Good News For Registrars

Law360, New York (December 17, 2013, 5:41 PM EST) -- In ruling that Malaysia’s national oil company couldn't sue Internet domain registrar GoDaddy Inc. for contributory cybersquatting, the Ninth Circuit issued a straightforward opinion that will make make life less stressful for registrars.
