Texas AG Says Austin Can Transfer Utility Oversight

Law360, Dallas (December 17, 2013, 8:35 PM EST) -- The Texas attorney general’s office on Tuesday said it didn't see any red flags that would prevent Austin from transitioning oversight of its utility from the city council to a board of directors, after a state senator questioned the city’s use of revenue from the utility.
