Pa. Justices Reject Appeal Over Sandusky Evidence Leak

Law360, New York (December 18, 2013, 7:14 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Wednesday it would not hear an appeal of a decision that forced an attorney for convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky to turn over discovery accrued in the case to two county judges in the wake of a series of leaks to the media.
