Landlords Object To Sharper Image Liquidations

Law360, New York (March 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Several property management companies have filed objections to bankrupt Sharper Image Corp.’s motion seeking approval of auction procedures, claiming the motion is unfair to landlords at shopping centers where Sharper Image stores are located.

At least four companies filed objections Monday and Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, in addition to four other management companies that filed limited objections to Sharper Image’s March 4 motion.
