Sprague Wants Libel Suit Against Philly Daily News Revived

Law360, Philadelphia (December 19, 2013, 3:26 PM EST) -- The founder of Sprague & Sprague told the Pennsylvania Superior Court on Monday that outstanding disputes over the facts surrounding an allegedly libelous column in the Philadelphia Daily News about his representation of convicted former state senator Vince Fumo precluded a trial judge’s decision dismissing his claims.
