Law360, Washington (December 19, 2013, 5:01 PM EST) -- A Washington, D.C., federal judge on Dec. 18 considered whether a company found civilly liable for violating the False Claims Act in connection with loans financed by the U.S. Export-Import Bank should be entitled to offset damages where those loans have been repaid to the bank with interest.
