Wyden Would Bring Moderate Record To Top Finance Post

Law360, New York (December 20, 2013, 7:00 PM EST) -- Max Baucus’ nomination to serve as ambassador to China leaves a vacancy atop the Senate Finance Committee that will probably be filled by moderate Ron Wyden, whose record of bipartisanship makes him likely to usher in tax reform, his colleagues say.
