Builder Fights Ruling On 2nd Homeowner Implied Warranties

Law360, Philadelphia (December 20, 2013, 6:54 PM EST) -- A suburban Philadelphia developer told the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Thursday that a recent ruling extending implied habitability warranties to owners of previously owned homes ran contrary to state jurisprudence and would place unfair burdens on builders.
