Pa. Appeals Court Favors J&J Unit In Nonsolicitation Spat

Law360, Philadelphia (January 3, 2014, 6:01 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court ruled in favor of a Johnson & Johnson unit in determining that a trial court improperly applied California law when it rejected part of the company’s request for a preliminary injunction in a suit over a breach of a nonsolicitation agreement by a former employee.
