DOJ Hit With Criticism Of Monsanto Deal

Law360 (March 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After hearing from the public, the U.S. Department of Justice said it was unswayed by criticism of its approval of the $1.5 billion merger of Monsanto Co. and Delta & Pine Land Company.
