Greenberg DQ In Derivative Racetrack Suit Overturned

Law360, Los Angeles (January 2, 2014, 5:36 PM EST) -- The Arizona Court of Appeals on Thursday ruled that Greenberg Traurig LLP was allowed to represent the co-owner of a racetrack in a derivative suit against his partners, holding that there was no fiduciary duty between the law firm and the racetrack partnership.
