Planned Parenthood Accused Of Vast Overbilling

Law360, New York (March 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former employee of Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California has accused the reproductive rights organization in a whistleblower complaint of deliberately overbilling the state and federal government by at least $180 million for various birth control methods.

The allegations first surfaced last week after the whistleblower complaint lodged by P. Victor Gonzalez was unsealed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
