Anglo Irish Bank Says 2nd Flynn Lawsuit Violates Stay

Law360, Wilmington (January 2, 2014, 8:37 PM EST) -- Representatives of Irish Bank Resolution Corp. Ltd., formerly known as Anglo Irish Bank, said Tuesday that a second lawsuit in New York federal court in which borrowers claim they were overcharged millions of dollars should be blocked because it violates the automatic stay from the bank’s Chapter 15 case in Delaware.
