Supreme Court May Hear ERISA Case

Law360 (March 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Just weeks after handing down an important employment law decision, the U.S. Supreme Court may take on a case that would clarify what exactly constitutes equitable relief under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
