Fla.-Ga. Lawsuit Will Slow, Not Stop Alternative Water Plan

Law360, Miami (January 3, 2014, 6:35 PM EST) -- A group of stakeholders working on a collaborative solution to the decadeslong battle between Florida, Alabama and Georgia over freshwater supplies in the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint river basins said Friday it will not be deterred by Florida's and Alabama's refusals to not use the group's information in litigation.
