6th Circ. Revives Retailers' Milk Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 3, 2014, 4:39 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Friday reversed the dismissal of a proposed class action brought by milk retailers including Food Lion LLC accusing Dean Foods Co. and others of fixing milk prices, holding that summary judgment was not warranted based on the lack of antitrust injury.
