Cleaning Co. Will Pay $3.2M To End Texas Enviro Suit

Law360, Houston (January 3, 2014, 7:03 PM EST) -- An industrial cleaning and chemical business has agreed to pay $3.2 million to the state of Texas to resolve a civil enforcement suit accusing it of spewing toxic waste and noxious gases from two of its Gulf Coast facilities, state regulators said Friday.
