Law360, New York (January 6, 2014, 11:34 AM EST) -- In a victory for all Florida businesses with delivery services, a three-judge panel of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal recently upheld the ruling of a Palm Beach County circuit court in the per curiam affirmance opinion of Miller v. Papa John’s USA Inc., 123 So. 3d 578 (Fla. 4th DCA 2013).
