OSHA Pushes Comment Deadline For Injury Reporting Rule

Law360, New York (January 6, 2014, 7:29 PM EST) -- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration said Monday it would allow more time for comments on a proposed rule that could make workplace illness and injury data more accessible to the public, after getting an extension request from a homebuilders' trade group.
