EPA Agenda Features Emissions Limits, Permit Standards

Law360, New York (January 6, 2014, 5:02 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday revealed its regulatory roadmap for the coming months, confirming that motor vehicle emissions standards and permit requirements for concentrated animal feeding operations remain under review.

The agency's semiannual regulatory agenda includes seven actions in the pre-rule, proposed rule or final rule stages, including the controversial Tier 3 emissions and fuel standards for passenger cars and trucks that would lower the sulfur content in gasoline by more than 60 percent.
